Hi everybody, hungarian and portuguese exchangers
Your teacher Judit just started a small 'dictionary' on portuguese into hungarian everyday sentences which we are just posting right now. It's just a start as everyone can ask/add something (s)he feels important/interesting and post on it back and forth - of course, written words don't tell us how do they sound but we'll all soon know, right?

Excellent idea!
What I really liked the most was "mikor unduluk?"
See you all!
Sara
I like the idea, but I'm afraid that we don't know how to pronounce the words!(Or just me?)
LOL, I share sue's opinion. It is useful to know some word or expressions, but we need some help to pronounce it, because if we don't pronouce it, it is useless. Teacher Fernando or teacher Sara, do you know something about hungarian pronounciation? However it was a really good idea, I told Sofia to put something like that before because she has a smal book with those things, maybe she had no time for that.
TWO WEEKS!

About pronunciation: either you manage to talk live to each other on msm, skype, whatever (the simplest way :), or it's possible to find some sound files on-line or phonetic guidelines:

Hungarian is a difficult language for the portuguese as it is an Uralic langage (non-indoeuropean)which has no similarity with the languages which we are more used to listen to: latin and germanic ones. Certainly portuguese is also difficult for the hungarians, so help each other :)) and try your best - another challenge... or wait (quoting Tiago) 2 more weeks!
